After months of trying to get a quote out of our previous (big) lift maintenance company, we finally gave up and decided to find someone else to refurbish our lift. Justin from Optimal Lift Services was one of those who came to quote and, from his initial visit onwards, I was impressed by his friendly, approachable manner and attention to detail. He listened to what we wanted, promptly produced a quote and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Once we accepted the quote, we were kept up-to-date with delivery times for the parts, so that we could plan the installation date. The installation itself (which included replacement of the pump-motor unit, control panel and other electrical parts) went to plan and it was clear that Justin took pride in doing a good job; he took the time to make sure everything was how we wanted it and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was such a refreshing change after years of poor service from one of the big lift companies and I wish we had found Optimal earlier.

Justin’s advice was first class regarding our lift which had started to cost us a lot of money in annual maintenance. He designed a bespoke control system for us and installed over a few days as well as giving our lift a full check over. We have never had a problem since and the cost will pay for itself in less than 4 years. I would 100% recommend Optimal Lift Services.

We are a nursing home who have been using Optimal Lifts for some years, from fitting brand new lifts, to servicing and repairs these guys are on the ball, nothing is ever too much trouble and we never have to wait when we are a lift down.
